The rules that apply when you order from Femina Skin.
Who we are
Femina Skin designs and sells body and hair care made in Morocco. This site presents our catalogue and lets you place an order. By ordering, you accept the terms below.
Orders
The site takes no online payment. You fill in the order form, which opens WhatsApp with your cart summary and delivery details. An order is only firm once we have confirmed it on WhatsApp. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or the details are clearly wrong.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in dirhams (DH), tax included, excluding delivery, which appears before you confirm. Payment is in cash on delivery, directly to the courier. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
Products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Photographs are as faithful as we can make them, but a slight variation in shade or presentation is not a defect. Read the label before use, patch-test on your inner elbow if your skin is sensitive, and stop using the product if a reaction occurs. Our products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice.
Returns and complaints
You may refuse the parcel on delivery at no cost. After receipt, an unopened product in its original condition can be exchanged within 7 days. For hygiene reasons, an opened or used product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will sort it out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, we will look for an amicable solution before any formal proceedings.
