Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Areas covered
We deliver throughout Morocco, to every city and area our couriers serve. If your location is a problem, we will tell you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Fees and free delivery
Delivery costs 20 DH, and is free from 400 DH of purchases. The exact amount appears in your cart before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.
Timeframe
Your order is dispatched within 24 working hours of confirmation on WhatsApp. It arrives in 2 days maximum depending on your city. Weekends and public holidays may extend this.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over. Please have the exact amount ready if you can. You may open and check the parcel before paying; if it does not match your order, refuse it and let us know.
Missed delivery or wrong address
The courier will phone you. Please stay reachable on the number you gave. After several failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel is visibly damaged, refuse it on delivery. If you find breakage after opening, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we will replace the product at our cost.
