- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Delivery is 20 DH anywhere in Morocco, and free on orders from 250 DH. Allow 1 to 2 days between ordering and receiving, depending on the city.
- How does payment work?
- On delivery, in cash, straight to the courier. Nothing is paid online and no card details are entered: you only pay once the parcel is in your hands.
- Can I exchange a product?
- An unopened product can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return postage stays at your expense. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the exchange.
- Where are you based?
- Femina Skin is based in Marrakech, Maroc, and delivers across the country. The brand sells online only: there is no shop to visit, but you can reach us by phone or on WhatsApp during the same hours.
